Maicon Douglas joins Inter after four seasons at Cruzeiro in his native Brazil and two years with French side Monaco. With Cruzeiro he won two national cups and a league title, and won two French league titles with Monaco.

Part of Carlos Dunga's post-World Cup Brazil squad, Maicon is one of the most promising right-sided wing-backs around.
