MILAN - The city of Milan will be coloured black and blue this coming weekend to celebrate Inter's centenary.

Numerous events have been organised for Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 March, the day of Inter's 100th anniversary.

Local fans will be able to celebrate with the club, but those who can't be in Milan will still have the chance to participate, through the special centenary website.

On the morning of Saturday 8 March there will be a youth tournament at the Centro Sportivo Giacinto Facchetti (via Sbarbaro 5/7, Milan).

Players from Inter's academy teams will play exhibition matches against youth sides from Ajax, Manchester United, Benfica and Real Madrid. After the mini-tournament, all the players will transfer to the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza to watch Mancini's team take on Reggina.

The Inter Village recreation zone dedicated to young fans, created in collaboration with Volvo Italia, will open at 10:00 at Arena Civica in Parco Sempione. It will close at 18:00, and will re-open the following morning at 10:00.

The Stadio Giuseppe Meazza will open at 15:00 ahead of the 18:00 Serie A fixture between Inter and Reggina. The centenary celebrations will kick off at 16:45, with more surprises to follow after full time. At 20:30, over two hundred former Inter players from all eras will parade around the pitch.

After the celebrations at the stadium, a cake-cutting ceremony will take place in Piazza Duomo, Milan at 22:30.
